1. Agreement and eligibility
By using abbasotrade.com, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live to place an order. If you do not agree, do not submit an order. The Nexus storefront is operated by ABBASO TRADE LLC.
2. Product information and compatibility
We work to present accurate product names, images, prices, availability, specifications, and compatibility information. Manufacturers may change product features, packaging, firmware, app requirements, regional support, or included accessories. Review the model, electrical requirements, radio protocols, ecosystem support, and installation needs before ordering.
Product descriptions and images may include manufacturer-supplied content. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement of Nexus.
3. Safety and installation
Follow manufacturer instructions and applicable electrical, building, battery, and fire-safety requirements. Products involving mains wiring, locks, security systems, or high-capacity batteries may require a qualified professional. Smart-home or security devices are not a substitute for emergency services, code-required alarms, or appropriate supervision.
4. Prices, availability, and errors
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are added as shown before payment. Product availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. We may correct an obvious error, reject an order, or limit quantities; if payment has already been collected for an order we reject, we will refund it.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting or creating an order is an offer to buy and is not acceptance. An order is subject to inventory, payment authorization, fraud review, shipping restrictions, and acceptance by Nexus. Fulfillment does not begin before payment confirmation. We will provide the order status using the contact information supplied.
6. Payment
Payment methods actually available will be displayed before payment. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and that billing information is accurate. Payment credentials must be entered only into the designated payment provider interface, not sent to support by email.
7. Shipping, returns, refunds, and warranties
The Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty Information form part of these Terms. Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product and is separate from the store return window.
8. Device-local accounts and orders
In the current storefront, account and order records are stored in your browser. You are responsible for access to your device and browser profile. Clearing site data, using a different browser, or losing the device may make those records unavailable. Do not treat a device-local account as a permanent receipt archive.
9. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the storefront, bypass access or purchase limits, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, misuse another person's information, or use the storefront for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
10. Intellectual property
The Nexus name, site design, and original storefront content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product names, trademarks, images, and manufacturer-supplied materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the storefront for its intended purpose.
11. Disclaimers and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the storefront is provided on an as-available basis and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits an implied warranty, statutory guarantee, remedy, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the storefront. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful and does not apply where liability cannot be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or a forum available under applicable consumer law. Contact support first so we can try to resolve an issue.
14. Changes and severability
Updated Terms apply prospectively from the posted effective date, unless law requires otherwise. Terms in effect when an order was accepted continue to govern that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
