1. Scope and current data flow
This policy applies to abbasotrade.com and the Nexus storefront, which is operated by ABBASO TRADE LLC. In the current account and checkout experience, account, cart, and order records are stored in your browser. They are not sent to an account or order database. A future payment or fulfillment connection may change that data flow; we will update this notice before collecting information in a new way.
2. Categories of information

3. How information is used
- Provide search, cart, account, quote, and order functions.
- Respond to support, return, refund, and warranty requests.
- Protect the storefront and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
4. Disclosure and third-party services
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Product images are delivered by Shopify CDN. When your browser requests those images, Shopify or its service providers may receive technical request data such as your IP address, browser details, referring page, and request time. Hosting and security providers may process similar technical data to deliver and protect the storefront.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to a service provider acting under instructions to perform a requested business function. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels.
5. Local storage, cookies, and retention
The storefront uses browser localStorage for cart, account, order, and privacy-notice data. LocalStorage is not a cookie, but it can persist between visits. The current storefront does not set advertising cookies. Essential infrastructure may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver or secure its services.
Device-local data has no automatic expiration unless the feature states otherwise. You can delete it by clearing site data forabbasotrade.com in your browser. Signed-in sessions have an expiration time, but the locally saved account record remains until deleted.
6. California Do Not Track disclosures
The storefront does not collect personal information across third-party websites for behavioral advertising, so browser Do Not Track signals do not change its behavior. Where legally required, an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control will be treated as a request not to sell or share personal information. We do not currently sell or share that information.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
For browser-only data, you can review it through the account, cart, and order interfaces or delete it by clearing this site's stored data. For a request concerning information held by Nexus, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
8. Security and device access
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no system is completely secure. Because current account and order information is stored in your browser, anyone with access to your device or browser profile may be able to view it. Use a trusted device and sign out when appropriate.
9. Children
The storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address the request.
10. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. When appropriate, we will provide an additional notice before a change takes effect.
